Meeting of the second group of mentors and mentees 
The main goal was to empower women by establishing mentoring relationships between experienced professionals (mentors) and women at the beginning of their careers (mentees), with a focus on personal growth, building confidence, professional development and mutual encouragement, leadership skills and access to opportunities.
