The Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth, within the framework of its continuous activities and with the support of UN Women, successfully implemented two two-day trainings intended for administrative officials to strengthen capacities for gender-responsive policymaking and budgeting.

The training "Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation of Gender-Responsive Policies" was held on 18 and 19 December 22 and 23 December 2025 at the Resource Center for Gender-Responsive Policymaking and Budgeting.

The aim of the trainings was to introduce administrative officials to the meaning, objectives and approaches of monitoring and evaluation of public policies, with a special emphasis on gender-responsive policies. The participants gained a basic understanding of the concepts of monitoring and evaluation, their role in public policymaking and the importance of integrating a gender perspective in all phases of the policy cycle.

The Ministry remains committed to improving institutional capacities and promoting gender equality in public policies.
