The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, within the training program of the Resource Center for Gender Responsive Policy Making and Budgeting, publishes a call for participation of civil servants employed in the public sector who want to upgrade their capacities and knowledge and want to be a part of the training titled “Duty to promote equality in the public sector”.

These trainings are part of project activities, supported by the OSCE Mission to Skopje, within the “Strengthening the rule of law and human rights in North Macedonia II” in cooperation with the Center for Change Management. As part of the project activities, a Program for capacity building on non-discrimination and the duty to promote equality in the public sector is being created for 200 representatives from the public sector, with adequate representation of women and men and the communities.

 The planned dates for the trainings are as follows:

October 20, 2022 and October 21, 2022first group

October 25, 2022 and October 26, 2022second group

October 31, 2022 and November 1, 2022third group

The training aims to enable the understanding of the duty to promote equality by the institutions of the state administration with a view to encourage and strengthen equality.

 Needed qualifications:

•           Male and female civil servants who are regular employees in the public sector institutions are eligible to apply for the training.

            •            Male and female candidates need to state an adequate motivation for their participation in the training in their application.

Note: transportation and accommodation costs of the participants are not covered.
