The Resource Center for Gender Responsive Policies and Budgeting successfully implemented the training "Fundamentals and Framework of the Gender Perspective in Strategic Planning" on November 11 and 12, 2025, intended for administrative officials from various institutions. The training was an excellent opportunity to deepen the knowledge and practical skills needed to integrate the gender perspective into the processes of strategic planning and public policy creation. Participants had the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the basic concepts related to gender and gender equality, to learn how to apply gender analysis tools in the institutional context and to deepen their knowledge of systematically integrating the gender perspective into all phases of strategic planning - from analysis, setting goals and indicators, to budgeting and evaluation. Particularly important were the practical exercises, discussions and analyses of case studies, which enabled participants to apply the acquired knowledge in real scenarios. This practical approach has increased awareness of the importance of gender-responsive planning and shown concrete ways in which institutions can improve existing processes and documents. The training is organized with the expert support of UN Women, and implemented by the Center for Change Management, as well as by the employees of the Sector for Equal Opportunities - Department for Gender-Responsive Policies and Gender-Responsive Budgeting at the Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth.
