Training goals
The goals of the program are for the participants to gain knowledge about basic concepts of gender equality, to recognize the differences in positions of power in society that are a condition for gender discrimination in order to be able to meet the needs of men when creating strategic documents and public policies. and women equally and advocate for their adoption and implementation.

Branka Mincheva Kocevska
Branka Mincheva-Kocevska has many years of experience in strengthening the capacity of the state administration to include a gender perspective in policies and programs, such as gender responsive policy making and budgeting. It provides expert support, training and mentoring support for gender responsive policy making and budgeting to ministries and other state administration bodies at the central level, as well as to LSGUs. She also has extensive experience as an equal opportunities coordinator in state institutions with practical experience in using gender methodologies and tools for gender mainstreaming and gender responsive budgeting.
