To get acquainted with the concept of gender analysis and the benefits of applying gender analysis

Understand the key issues and steps for conducting a gender analysis

Identify key issues and gender aspects by sectors

Understand the importance of regulatory impact assessment in the process of developing better gender responsive policies

Gain knowledge of gender statistics and identify relevant sources of gender statistics

To get acquainted with the importance of monitoring and evaluation systems

To get acquainted with the concept of gender responsive budget reports and their content

Training results

People working in institutions and organizations responsible for the development and implementation of these public policies should be aware that their decisions and actions may have different outcomes for women and men. In addition, to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of what gender sensitive data and gender statistics are, why they are needed and how they can be used, as well as the principles for monitoring and evaluating policy implementation.

Branka Mincheva Kocevska

Branka Mincheva-Kocevska has many years of experience in strengthening the capacity of the state administration to include a gender perspective in policies and programs, such as gender responsive policy making and budgeting. It provides expert support, training and mentoring support for gender responsive policy making and budgeting to ministries and other state administration bodies at the central level, as well as to LSGUs. She also has extensive experience as an equal opportunities coordinator in state institutions with practical experience in using gender methodologies and tools for gender mainstreaming and gender responsive budgeting.

Nada Dimitrievska

Nada Dimitrievska has many years of experience in the field of state administration and the work of the state institutions . She has experience and expertise in the field of human rights and the state institutions of the Republic of North Macedonia with the function of protecting them. She has many years of experience working in the public sector and as a project coordinator in the field of anti-discrimination and human rights. She provides mentoring support in the areas of her expertise.
